Fire fighters are my hero.

L.I- We are learning about our local hero.
 Success Criteria-I know I can do this when I write an argument about our local hero,the fire fighters.

 Fire fighters are my hero because they put out forest fire.They can save life when they are in danger.Fire fighters are my hero because they can get you to safety away from burning cars. They can get you out of a car when its jammed when you crashed.

Fire fighters can save people from burning houses.
They teach you to be safe.They teach you to not play with fire.Fire fighters are my hero because they can save my pets when they are stuck in the tree.Cats can get stuck from burning trees, houses,cars and garages.

My Cousin's Birthday

In the holidays I went to my cousin’s birthday.  My cousin turned 11 years old.  First we celebrated my cousin’s birthday and we sang a happy birthday song.  Next my cousin’s brother and I ate pizza.  After that we were very full.  Then we watched the movie Clash of the Clans.  It was cool.  It was cool because there were some Picals and Max Golems, a Dragon and a Max Wizard. 

Later we played hide and go seek.  I was the one doing the counting.  The first person I found was my brother Christian, then I found my cousin.  Finally my dad brought our gufull blanket and our pillow.  We slept over at my cousin’s house.

Happy Father's Day

On Father's Day I gave my dad a Father's Day card when he was sleeping.  Then my family and I went to Sylivia Park.  When we arrived there we went to eat Burger King food.  Next we went to see a movie.  It was called 'I Robot'.  Before the movie started I went and got some popcorn and somethning to drink.  It was a very movie.  It was one good robot and lots of  bad robots.  The good robot beat the bad robots. 

After that we went to the Panmure park.  First I played on the monkey bars.  Then I played on the slide with my friend.  His name is JT.  We had lots of fun and then we went back home.

Getting my Ears Checked

This morning my mum, dad and I went to the doctors.  We went in our car and we got parking outside the doctor’s office.  We went to get my ears checked. 

When we got to the doctor’s place a lady asked me how I was going.  I don’t know her name.  She told me to sit on a big chair. Then she checked both of my ears and said that there was no ear wax.  She told my mum that something was blocking my ear.  The lady showed us a model of the inside of our ears. 

After that the lady said that next time I go to see her I will have to lie down on the bed.  Then she will put something in my ear, and it will help me to hear better.  I am looking forward to going again so that I can hear better.

At My Cousin’s House

On the weekend my brother and I went to my cousin’s house.  When we arrived we watched youtube.  On youtube we watched the game ‘Clash of the Clans’.  In the game there were 500 golims, 300 wizards, 800 hogriders, 600 giants and 900 maxed pikals.  In the game there were two teams.  I competed against someone.  I don’t know his name.  I had to try to attack all of the things on his base.  If I had broken everything on his base I would have gotten three stars.  I broke some of his things but not all of them, so I got two stars. 

After that we played hide and seek in the house.  My brother was in and my cousin and I hid in the hallway.  My brother found me first and then he found my cousin.  Next we played ball tiggy in the little fale.  The thing I liked doing the best was playing ball tiggy because I wanted to throw the ball at my brother and my cousin.  Later we were all tired so we went to sleep.

Queen’s Birthday Weekend

On the weekend I went to the swimming pool with my mum and my brother.  My brother’s name is Christian.  First we changed into our swimming togs at home.  Then we all walked to the swimming pools.  The pools are close to our home.  At the pool my brother and I had a long swim. 

The water was warm and it had a lot of chlorine in it.  The chlorine helps to keep the water clean.  There were lots of people at the pool so it was good to have some chlorine in the water.

I did a bomb dive and then I swam to the other side of the pool.  I made a big splash.  I used a flutter board.  Christian and I kept throwing it around and then swimming after it.  The first one to get the flutter board was Christian. He can swim faster than me.  Christian was swimming when I was still in my mum’s stomach, before I was born.  I almost bombed Christian but not quite.  I didn’t swim to the very end because the pool is very long.  I had a fantastic time swimming at the pools.
