How to plant a seed.

L.I.-W.A.L.T.-write an instruction in order.

Success Criteria:I know I can do this when I can write instructions in order how to plant a seed.

1.Punch holes in the bottom of your yoghurt container.

2.Get a small sticky paper.
3.After write your name on the sticky paper.Then stick it on your yoghurt container.
4.Then make a hole with one of your finger.
5.Get a sheep fertilizer and put it in your container.
6.Cover your sheep fertilizer with soil.
7.Get a watering can and water your sheep fertilizer.

How do I show and act Tika , Pono and aroha.

L.I.-W.A.L.T.-show and act with tika , Pono and aroha.
Success Criteria:I can do this when I showed and acted with tika , Pono and aroha in different places.

At Home:
1.I can show tika, pono and aroha when I share my toys and my computer with my brother and friends.
I can show tika, pono and aroha when I'm at church when I listen to priest.

At school: 2.I can show tika, pono and aroha when I my respect the teachers and I follow the school rules.
When I'm  kind to other children by saying kind and nice words.
When I help other children that are hurt by telling the teacher on duty. 
I can show tika, pono and aroha when I looked after the maths activities by returning them.


In the playground:
3.I can show tika, pono and aroha when I let other children join me in my game of soccer.I play with my classmates when they are lonely. I can show tika, pono and aroha by letting other people go first when they want to go outside.

Measurement-Distance.

L.I.-W.A.L.T.-to measure how far we could jump the ''plank'' using centimetres.
Success Criteria: I can do this when I measured the distance of how far I could jump the plank.

Our group jump the ''plank'' and measured how far each one of us had jumped.We used the chair as our plank and we started the measurement from the foot of the chair to the back of our heel where we landed.

This are the results:
Oliver -106cm.
Me/George - 118 cm.
Angelina - 102cm.
Veronica - 101 cm.
Harley - 35 cm.

 I jumped the farthest. Oliver was the second.
 Third was Angelina. Kena was the fourth. The shortest jump was Harley.

My dad is my hero!

L.I-We are learning to write a recount about my local hero.

Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I write and publish my story about my hero.

Dad is my hero because he takes me to my rugby training. He is kind and help me with my home work and when I'm stuck. He lets me play on his  Xbox 360 with my brother and my cousin . He buy me whatever I like. 

When I am outside playing with my brother he join in. Sometimes he takes me and my brother to the park to play and visit my cousin's house. My dad is my hero forever.

Measurement-Length.

L.I.-W.A.L.T.-measure length using Centimetres.

Success Criteria:I know I can do this when I measure the length of a carrot using centimetres.

Today Te raiana,Christopher and I measured a carrot using 10cm 5cm 6cm and 8cm.

1.Using 5cm=the carrot is eleven- 5cm.long.
2.Using 8cm=the carrot is seven- 8cm.long.
3.Using 6cm=the carrot is nine-6cm.long.
4.Using 10cm=the carrot is five-10cm.long.

The magic balloon.

L.I-W.A.L.T:-Write an procedure.
Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I write an procedure using action words at the beginning of the sentence.

Steps:
1.Blow your balloon until it gets bigger and bigger.

2.Rub the balloon on your t shirt.

3.Next take your balloon which has been rubbed against material or you hair and given a change of static electricity.

4.Put it on your hair and you will notice your hair goes up and your hair with stick up to the balloon.Was the goal achieved?Yes.

Rippa Rugby.

L.I.-W.A.L.T.-write instructions in order how to play Rippa rugby.
Success Criteria:I know I can do this when I write instructions how to play Rippa rugby.

Steps:
1.Warm up-Jogging, dodge ball, passing the ball and running.

2.Get a tag and a sticker and pin your tag in the belt and put it around your hips.

3.Split into teams.

4.Play the game.

5.Return your tag and the belt.

6.You say thank you to our coach.
